Description

The Panpuller “D” type tool is designed to both fully install, and fully extract Pandrol “e” Series clips used on Pandrol concrete ties.

The tool body has hook positioning holes marked for clip installation and clip extraction positions.

Place tool body detent end at corner of concrete tie, then hook over “e” Clip. (Be sure hook is fully engaged on clip.)

Operator then having firmly position self well, leverage tool toward or away from self depending on operation
