A very lightweight compromise knuckle that can easily be handled by one person and adapts a standard railroad coupler for use with a strap or cable.

Use it for pulling full strings of CWR into place on open railroad with a locomotive. Installs in seconds and is pull rated for 50 tons. It incorporates a 2″ steel pin to capture the loop of a steel cable or a Kevlar strap to a puller such as a wedge type or a Cyclops cam type.
