Upon receipt of repair request form, you send stick via UPS to our center for an estimate for the repair. Estimate will be prepared and forwarded back to you for your approval.
If you accept to have brake stick repaired, a sales order will be created and repair will be made promptly. If you decline, we can recycle stick for you or return to you at your cost.
We do offer assistance with UPS labels should you need the service.
Choose from the list below and place and order for repair. We will then send you a return label and add the cost to your invoice along with the repair items. We prepare our repair center for the receipt of your incoming stick for a quick repair and turnaround back to you.
Note: Should we find other items that could reflect a safety issue, we will notify you before starting a pre-ordered repair.
Evaluation: Estimated cost or warranty work to be determined upon review by Big Stik. Cost of repair to be approved by customer before repairs are to be made.
